What you’ll need
Bread of your choice (Ezekiel sprouted for me!)
Feta Cheese (I like French)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Tomatoes of your choice
Cucumber
Dill
Sea Salt and Pepper
Method
Toast your bread. Mix a few chunks of fresh feta with extra virgin olive oil until smooth (I also like to warm this up a touch, too!). Spread feta mixture on toast. Complete with thinly sliced tomatoes, shredded cucumber strips, dill, and salt and pepper to taste.
