Transitional dressing always excites me. It’s either craving warmth in the thick of winter, or ready to escape the summer heat for cooler climes. Spring and Fall are my favorites so both are equally enticing!

In California, we get little teases of spring here and there come Jan through March, so it nudges me to dabble. I get a little bored of winter clothes so inspiration hunting has been giving me life! It’s also nice to start to guage what your closet may need for the season ahead. Do a big closet try and see what you love, what could be let go of, and what your wish list could use.

Blazers, a trench coat, great denim, mules, belts and bags, and replenishing the basics! I put this inspiration board together from style saves on Pinterest recently and curated a list of items that fit the transitional dressing bill… gonna keep adding to it, too.
