One way to really test out slow living is to be 34 weeks pregnant! Leaning into it because I know I need the rest leading up to our baby coming home.
Taking this week to get as much done as I can on my laptop, but might need to be solely phone-based for a bit as I am getting a little uncomfortable sitting at our table or kitchen island for long stints. I plan to take a little time off soon so getting organized and making sure my site and other platforms are easy to navigate in case you're looking for anything while I'm away.
Some snaps lately and things I've been into and up to...

I have never loved a lip product more. This overnight treatment has become a favorite part of my nightly routine. It's so good, will definitely be coming with my to the hospital to help with the dryness there. Code for you to use to True Botanicals too whenever, it's AshleyK15. I saved a ton of beauty products I have been using this past year/all winter in case you're interested. Also in love with my Cabana glasses (birthday gift!).

Love these green transparent flip flops. I would recommend sizing up in these.

Doing my Lamorinda rounds! Resting up lots but my weekly escapes to run a few errands to grab blooms, a baguette, groceries, and maybe a pedicure has been filling up my cup. PS. I realized my Cuyana large leather organizer fits perfectly in my garden party tote. Love the way they look together. P.s. these pouches are the best, I have them in all sizes—make for perfect baby stuff organizers, too, to always be able to quickly swap bags when you need to if you prefer to just use your own totes over a classic diaper bag.

Still majorly on my cottage cheese (Good Culture to be specific) wagon this pregnancy. Loving it with veggie bowls and this one was noteworthy: quinoa, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, Japanese yam, and sprouts with a big spoonful of cottage cheese and sunny spain seasoning | Bowls and cutlery

My first baby. He's been going through a lot with some weird allergy things popping up... hoping to get him back to himself and healthy asap. I can't believe he is turning 9 in a few months. For longtime readers, I think you'll also find that nuts?

You may know, I am a longtime admirer of Jane Pope and have talked about some of her pieces I've collected over the years in past blog posts. I just got this bracelet and it's such a beauty! She has all birthstones available, too, if you want added special meaning. A really good Mother's Day gift idea. The twisted bracelet is by Maison Clairon.

Sweetpea season is here. When I shared this a lot asked about the vase. It's actually an ice bucket that I use as a vase, candle hurricane, or as intended! Love the versatility of an ice bucket — and you can find so many cool vintage styles online, too. Not vintage, but I just saved this one recently that looks so much like a vintage one I have and love.

Earlier this year I posted a story of an Aussie floral designer I admire who always uses these blooms. They're called flannel flowers — an Australian native. I shortly after tried searching for seeds as I found out they could do well in my zone, with no luck! However, I did end up finding a Southern California floral company who ships them so I couldn't resist. Just as beautiful as I imagined.

When did she get so big!? It really REALLY does go by way too fast guys. I think I am going to be so emotional the second time around knowing this... and having so many last moments with all their early on phases.
Side note. H&M has the cutest stuff right now, this jacket is a jackpot find. And if you need a gift idea for your little ones birthday or holidays this year, this car was such a good move. Grace is obsessed. It's too funny watching her cruise around our neighborhood in it. It has bluetooth, too, to play your own music. And comes with a controller so we can navigate.

Another meal I am craving a lot right now is this oatmeal bowl. I just heat up oats / almond milk on the stove with a little Madagascar vanilla syrup, sea salt, and cinnamon. Slice bananas and blueberries and drizzle with my favorite peanut butter (the Maranatha 2 ingredient PB).

New tea kettle because my other one kept chipping. Love it and have become an even bigger tea person this pregnancy. This is my favorite afternoon / pm (decaf) tea with a little mauka honey.

We finally got a rug for our bedroom from Linda's Barn (my favorite) — and adore it. It's my new favorite of all our LB rugs in the house now.
I shared with you guys recently how I won a Jenni Kayne ambassador contest over the holidays and I got to pick a couple things from their home selection since we couldn't take the prize/trip. I ended up getting Grace a slipcover bed and bedding—all so dreamy!
I ended up ordering a duvet and pillowcase set for our bed, too because their linen is incredibly beautiful and the color is the most gorgeous off-white/light ivory color. In love.

The citrus bars a friend made for a ladies hang last weekend are absolute heaven — for all who asked for the recipe. She said it's from this cookbook and that she swears by it for the best dessert recipes. This recipe by the author is basically the bars (minus adding any flavoring to the topping). The plate is older from a collaboration with Ginori x a favorite artist, Luke Edward Hall.
Have a lovely one!
