Scenes I've captured around our home this spring and summer since our remodel completion. I've been soaking in the way it feels—making a house a home. It's been quite a surreal experience to wake up and walk into the kitchen every morning. We love how it has shaped up! I noticed that a lot of these photos below feature some of my favorite vintage finds! Some scenes and stories for you below...

I love utilizing this corner of our island for flowers and candles. I know I'll enjoy making seasonal arrangements and experimenting with styling. It makes the space feel all the more cozy and inviting. I'll always gravitate towards cool vintage vases like this—one that catches light in the most mesmerizing ways. The little tray and candle hurricane are from March in San Francisco, a very favorite spot for unique kitchen and home things. The coasters are Jenni Kayne! I think you can use my code, too, it's AshleyK15. And the candle is made for kitchens!

A very proud Etsy vintage find... the verdigris patina... everyday I pass it, I swear it extends my lifespan. Our wall color throughout our home is Pointing by Farrow and Ball. The dreamiest. I am a big fan of the late great Frances Elkins, the queen of buttercream walls.

Our beautiful rug that makes the space sing is from Linda's Barn. Everything else featured in my home board here.

Happy little bar scene and an antique mirror I won at auction.

This view from our entry mirror reflection. Brings joy! Also, this mirror was a $50 FB marketplace find. I had seen a very similar one on an interior design studio's Instagram years ago. Subconsciously must have trained my eyes to keep a lookout because it stumbled onto my path and I couldn't purchase fast enough. $50!!!

Another prized mirror, this one much more of an investment. A Dutch repousse mirror from 1stDibs. The vase was a vintage Etsy find, and the catch all is also secondhand Etsy win!

The candle sconce, wooden frame, and lamp were all vintage Etsy purchases! The table, which I will keep for the long haul was an affordable local flea find. Our linen drapes and hardware are from Rich Tex Fabrics, I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with them. The quality is incredible.

This view never gets old, I hope you agree because you've definitely seen it before! Little hammered bud vase—another Etsy win! The little soap tray is from Olive Ateliers. Our hardware is by Perrin & Rowe.

This stunning mirror is from Island House Interiors. and looks so charming with the checks. This room is such a favorite of mine! Little jewel box. Floors are from Castelli Marble, we love them.

Another crystal vintage bud vase and plaster lamps found on Etsy many years ago now. I have seen others track some down so they are out in the wild if you keep an eye out! I loved the pattern and texture. I actually had sourced them for a client back in 2019 when I was doing some consulting work... but ended up keeping them because I fell in love! Guess where my brass pulls are from??

Our correct fridge panels arrive next week finally (3rd times the charm...) and our roman shade will be up in the kitchen, so I am shooting our house afterwards. More to come! Thank you for stopping by x
