Sacramento Street in San Francisco is one of my favorite streets when I’m looking to browse beautiful home and design shops with quality coffee in hand. When I visit this street, it means I have no timeline and can peruse as I please. I often will bring a few things home and pop into Bloomers for fresh flowers. It’s a street that holds so much charm within every block. Here are a few of my favorite places to visit when I’m in the area. // Image above @ Bloomers, not on Sacramento, but two blocks up!
SHOPS
St. Frank is an absolute favorite (in all SF). I say this shop is my interior design spirit animal because I could honestly make a home for everything in our apartment. From coffee table books to stunning textiles, to art and home decor, this place stands out, and I promise when you walk in, it will be hard to leave without something in hand.
March is all things culinary supplies, tables, serving pieces & gourmet ingredients. The way the store is styled almost feels like you’re walking into a gallery. Everything in there is fun to look at – unique and artful.
Anthem. Another interior design boutique where you’ll find decorative accessories, unique gifts, jewelry, bedding, furniture, casual and fine tabletop, and lighting from around the world. Another fun one to browse and take your time sifting through everything.
Hudson Grace. These matches are from HG, another must-visit while in that hood. I like to think of it as an elevated Williams-Sonoma, but add unique candles and entertaining ware and a delicious scent cascading in the air. It makes you feel at home when you walk in and is another spot I struggle to not buy everything in sight. I recommend this place if you’re looking to buy a gift for a friend who loves to host! // Also, those coasters are from St. Frank.
Even just strolling down this street is an experience. Beautiful homes and gardens nestled in between shops. I told you, it’s one hell of a charmer over there!
Eat + Drink
The Magic Flute (above) is a favorite for salads, you can’t go wrong they are all so delicious. I also never say no to a basket of warm rustic bread from the oven. Not to mention the back patio, where I always insist on sitting. Win, win, win! It’s such a serene and beautiful garden-like feel, and it makes for the perfect backdrop with good company and a glass of wine.
Spruce. SO GOOD. One of my favorite, classic staples in San Francisco. The food and drinks are amazing. Rich and decadent atmosphere. Order the burger; you’re welcome.
As Quoted. A new coffee joint spread all over Instagram because everyone loves marble, brass, and an all-white setting that welcomes you with a scent of strong coffee, no? It’s just as cute as you would imagine, and the coffee is great.
