A few things I recently purchased
This weekend, I wore a new Nanushka jacket but sadly it’s sold out (it is available in this color though!) but wanted to make a note about them again! They have the best stuff, they’ve become one of my top favorite brands to follow. Love their jackets this time of year… and tops, leather pieces, and sweater dresses.
I have been wanting to give Khaite a try for a while now and finally got these jeans and LOVE them! Between these, my Toteme jeans (also new), and Agolde (the Toni style)… I am feeling like I’m set in the denim department. For all 3 pairs, I went with my true size.
I got this trench from Cuyana, such a classic! I always love checking out their f/w knit, jacket, and cashmere scarf collection each year. Always such beautiful things.
It’s official, I am obsessed with & Other Stories sweaters. The best bang for your buck knit options… and so many styles. Since last year I’ve collected quite a few and they are such gems. I just got this and this in the mail last week and love them so much. I wore the navy with a black leather skirt and black knee boots for a double date on Saturday. Such a fun look! I have that navy sweater in the camel color, too. So soft, perfectly oversized, incredibly warm and comfortable!
A big splurge for the season was my Manolo Blahnik Maysales. I have been wanting these shoes for years and finally went for it when I was able to use a 20% off discount code on Farfetch a month or so ago. This is why it’s good to bookmark your wish list items and check in on sites every so often! I have a private Pinterest board with a handful of top favorites to watch for sales, etc. and it’s super helpful.
Lastly, I forgot how much I love Velvet’s t-shirts! SO soft and beautiful, you will love this if you’re in need of a vintage-esk t-shirt.
Okay, so now on to the wish list…
Riding boots
I used to have 2 pairs of riding boots when I first moved to San Francisco. A black pair and a brown pair and I remember always reaching for them in the fall and winter. I wore them to death and have been lacking that option in my closet for the last 5 years or so. I usually resort to booties each year since I have plenty of them in my wardrobe, but this year I really want to find a pair that I love. Looking for flat, sleek, and comfortable! Either a classic style or even open to a little western flair. A handful on my radar…
Croc-effect boots
The style of the season for sure! Not gonna lie, I want on the Jimmy Choo train real bad. They are perfection but I am holding off for now… time will tell. I have this LOQ pair in black from last year and they are still one of my favorite purchases from last season! Has anyone tried Loeffler Randall boots? They have such cute styles right now, too. Some cuties from around the web…
Leather trousers
Another must item on my wishlist. I have been trying to hunt down a perfect pair, but it’s no easy feat! I haven’t found any top contenders but will be sure to share once I do…
Blouses
I spoke about this briefly in a recent Instagram story when going through my closet, but I need to focus on blouses… I have like 4 that I love/wear, so I usually end up grabbing something from my T-shirt drawer. Which is fine! But I would like to add a few more options this season for date nights, girlfriend catchups, and holiday festivities. I usually keep a close eye on brands like Rachel Comey, Ulla Johnson, Need Supply, IRO, Vince, Mara Hoffman, DVF… I am so particular these days with tops for some reason…
