Resort is the easiest to pack in my book. A handful of swimsuits you feel great in... which take up no space at all—and then load up on the eye-catching accents.
Jewelry, a hat or two, fun covers and sandals, a few effortless dresses, linen pants and a beach knit. I definitely prefer to have more fun with the finishing touches in my life. And quite frankly... when I'm able to overpack for warm-weather escapes I feel at ease simply because more options = my cup of tea!
It has been (so many) years since we went on a proper beach vacation. Like half a decade! It couldn't have come at a better time as this year has been a bit of a doozy. So looking forward to soaking up the sun, disconnecting, and watching G lose her mind with joy. Her first flight! Feels like a long time coming and well-deserved (especially after the last few months... if I do say so myself).
